The construction of the structure “Case vacanza Puccini” was possible thanks to the incentives provided by the action 3.5.1.01, in implementation of the PO FESR Sicily 2014/2020 in favor of small businesses in the start-up phase, pursuant to art. 22 of Reg. 651/2014, with call approved by DDG 1333 of 13/06/2017.
The project aims to create 8 fully furnished and functional apartments to meet the tourist demand of the area.
Western Sicily, in fact, has considerable potential in attracting Italian and foreign tourists given the presence of numerous sites of historical, seaside and landscape interest. Furthermore, the proximity to the airports of Trapani and Palermo make Alcamo a strategic point for visitors.
The project was carried out through the complete renovation of a raw building and was completed in 2021. Tourist demand has proven to be high and present right from the start and the request for complete accommodation is preferred by young couples and families.
